A special NIA court in Mumbai has postponed the bailable warrant issued against former BJP MP Pragya Singh Thakur, an accused in the 2008 Malegaon blast case. He is undergoing treatment at a hospital in Uttar Pradesh. The latest warrant against Thakur was issued on November 13. It could have been returned on December 2, which meant that the former Lok Sabha member from Bhopal had to appear before the court on the said date for the National Investigation Agency (NIA) cases to get the warrant quashed, but he did so on Monday (December 2). ) did not appear in court. The public prosecutor has filed a report on the bailable warrant issued against the 54-year-old accused resident of Madhya Pradesh. -PTI
