Don’t ask these questions to AI even by mistake, otherwise you will be in big trouble.

Artificial Intelligence (AI): In today’s digital era, AI chatbots like ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot have made people’s lives easier. Students get help with assignments, professionals get emails and reports written, and creators get content ideas. But do you know that asking some such questions to AI can be very dangerous from both legal and security point of view?

AI chatbots may be smart but they have limitations. If you cross those limits, your privacy, data and even legal status may be at risk.

Personal information sharing questions

Never share your or anyone else’s personal information like bank account number, password, Aadhar card, mobile number or address with AI. AI models try to keep your data secure but do not guarantee that the information will not be saved on any server. Hackers can misuse such data. Therefore, putting any question or information related to personal identity into an AI chat can be risky.

Questions related to hacking or illegal activities

Some people out of curiosity ask AI “How to hack?”, “How to create a virus?”, or “How to crack someone’s account?”. Such questions are not only against the policies of AI but are also considered a crime under cyber law.

AI systems can immediately block such requests, and in many cases your activity may be reported to security agencies. Therefore asking such questions is like putting yourself in trouble.

Questions on sensitive or restricted topics

Asking AI provocative questions on sensitive topics like politics, religion, violence or terrorism can also be dangerous. These not only cause spread of misinformation but can also get your account suspended or banned.

AI models are designed to provide unbiased and factual answers on these topics, but deliberately provocative or hateful questions can be considered a crime under the law.

Asking for medical or legal advice is also dangerous

Many people start taking advice from AI regarding their health or legal matters. Like “What medicine should I take?” Or “What should I say if stopped by the police?”. AI can provide general information but it cannot replace a doctor or lawyer. Relying on incorrect information can seriously jeopardize your health or legal status.

Questions related to prediction or personal judgment

AI to “What will my future be?” or “Which business is right for me?” Asking questions like this is useless. AI is not an astrologer, it just gives answers based on data. If you take a wrong decision relying on such answers, the loss will be yours.

AI is designed to help you but it must be used with caution and responsibility. Asking personal or illegal information, spreading lies or asking provocative questions on sensitive topics can get you in trouble.
