UPI Circle feature of BHIM UPI
A new feature has come in BHIM UPI from UPI Circle. It gives known people including family and friends the option to make payments from their UPI account. For this, first the user has to add those people in the circle whom he wants to allow to do transactions from his account. The user also has the option to set a limit for this transaction and can approve it before every transaction. With the help of this feature, it will help the elders of the family or those people who do not have a bank account or who do not use UPI from their account.
How to set up circle?
To set up a circle on BHIM UPI, open the app and tap on “UPI Circle”. Now select the option of Add Family and Friends. In this, you can now add the users of your choice to whom you want to give permission for transactions from your account. This person can be linked through phone number and UPI ID. After this you will get the option of Spend with Limit and Approval Required. In this, choose the option of your choice and confirm it. If you have chosen Spend with Limit, then the person connected in the circle will not be able to spend more than that limit, whereas in Approval Required, you will have to approve that payment before every transaction.
